Hour Exchange Portland Member Handbook

Description

Hour Exchange Portland is a program in which members perform community service to earn "time credits" they can use to pay for various services, including health care. Hour Exchange empowers individuals, organizations, and businesses to help each other meet needs in one-to-one exchanges and group projects, without using cash.

This member guide provides more information about the program and how to get started. Although the program and guide are specific to the Portland community, they can be adapted in other communities as well.
