My Healthy Habits


This free mobile app provides consumers a simple way to keep track of their lifestyle changes. It helps users start a new healthy habit, such as being active, eating a balanced breakfast, getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night, or eating the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. Users can select from a list of preloaded healthy habits or create their own unique healthy habit to incorporate into their daily routine. Daily reminders, tips, and checklists are available to help stay on track. Users can also share their progress through social media.
