Education Health Center Toolkit

The Education Health Center Toolkit is a comprehensive guide to training family medicine residents in community health centers. The toolkit is built around four areas designed to improve the quality of primary care training by supporting effective affiliation between health centers and family medicine residencies:
  • Mission and governance
  • Administration and operations
  • Finance
  • Legal
Each of these areas has its own section in the toolkit and is a stand-alone piece. These tools are intended to be used in whole or in part, depending on the needs of the interested parties. Other resources relevant to information provided in the toolkit are found through links in the text of the toolkit or in the appendix to the toolkit.
