Natural Disaster Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and Podcasts


Description

This toolkit features public service announcements (PSAs) and podcasts that provide messages with safety tips on how to protect consumers during a natural disaster. Health officials and state and local health departments can tailor messages based on local needs and distribute them through emergency messaging systems.

The PSAs address the following topics:
  • Staying safe after the storm
  • Food and water
  • Prescription drugs
  • Cleanup
  • Coping With disasters
Transcripts and mobile messaging are also provided for selected PSAs and podcast.
