Description

Let’s Go! is a community-based initiative to promote healthy lifestyle choices for children, youth, and families. The goal is to improve healthy eating and increase physical activity for children and youth—from birth to 18 years old.

The Let's Go! Web site offers toolkits for the following settings:
  • School K-5
  • Middle school and high school
  • After school
  • Childcare
  • Workplace
  • Health care
The Web site also provides resources for parents, including brochures, booklets, and fact sheets.
