Percent Energy From Fat Screener


This short assessment instrument is used to estimate an individual's usual intake of percent energy from fat. The foods asked about in the instrument were selected because they were the most important predictors of variability in percent energy from fat among adults in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's 1989-1991 Continuing Survey of Food Intakes of Individuals.
