1: Time for us all to think outside the box.
Drive-thru services, website connectivity, thinking positively and acting creatively. Although simple in concept, these things are often the ones that make the critical difference in patient and program outcome. I appreciate the views and practical solutions offered by the authors. How have others addressed similar issues during this time of tightened budgets and decreased funding?
